Olivia slept in her own room last night - 8:30-5:30 no noise, and then back to sleep all by herself until 6:30, at which time I intervened & gave a paci... had to wake her at 7:30 to nurse...
I tried to get Kaitlin up "no mommy - I sleepy - go downstairs"
Okay...
So downstairs I go, change Olivia, then Kaitlin saunters down, gets up to the table, eats her breakfast (after a pout about her banana being in 2 pieces - "broken, oh no!"), and wants to sing "Happy Birthday" to Olivia because we sang it on monday - being her 1/2 birthday...
Now, after dropping K at daycare (albeit late), and Olivia still napping, I'm finally updating my blog and slurping back my 1st cupa. Gotta love Starbucks French Roast K-Cup!
Missing my family today, like most days, but I have plenty to keep my busy - laundry, cleaning, prepping for supper, a shower (if I'm lucky) and hopefully a long walk with my baby!
Maybe today's not going to be so bad afterall...
