Today UPS brought us our new stroller - a Joovy Ergo Caboose. We ordered it from costco.ca 2 days ago... Fast!
We set it up while Lin was at daycare and Liv was napping. It didn't take long. It was easy. The daddy and I did it together (can you feel the love).
When Lin got home and Liv was awake, fed, and changed, we took it for a quick spin up to the park and back. Lin got in the front seat, and Liv was snuggled in her carseat in the rear - facing the driver. It's heavier than our BOB, but not too bad. Apparently when Lin stands or sits in back and Liv is in the front seat, the weight is better distributed and it will drive easier (or at least that's what I read on an online review).
When we got home we made a quick supper for Lin, fed Liv her rice cereal, and then the daddy and I had leftovers from last night's "Sweet & Spicy chicken ccouscous pot". It was good.
Anyway, on to the funny story I promised:
- Monday night Lin was talking on her little plastic portable phone (that came with her kitchen), jabbering on about nothing really, then she hads the phone to daddy "Daddy - phone". Doug takes the phone and says something to the effect of "Hello Mr. Garbage Man, yes, I'll get the garbage ready tonight" then hands the phone back to Little Miss Chatterbox, who promptly says "Hello garbage!"... Oh my Kaitlin...
Well, there you have it...
